When you send an enquiry or join the crew list, we collect your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us, such as your company, project details or a portfolio link.

We use this information only to reply to you, prepare quotes and contact you about relevant work. We never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
04 — How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Crew list details are kept until you ask us to remove them.
05 — Who we share it with
This website and its forms are hosted by Framer. We may also use trusted service providers, such as email and file storage tools, that process data on our behalf.
06 — Cookies and analytics
This site uses privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are visited. It does not use advertising cookies.
07 — Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. Email hello@gatelight.studio to make a request.
